Dollar Tree Corporate Headquarters

Advanced Design fabricated and installed these 10’ tall illuminated letters on top of the new Dollar Tree Corporate Headquarters located in Chesapeake, VA. This project also included fabrication and installation of the interior & lobby signage for the 13 story tower as well as the signage for the adjacent 7 story parking garage.

Westin

Advanced Design is proud to have fabricated and installed the sign on the tallest building in Virginia, The Westin at Towne Center. We also fabricated and installed the signage in the parking deck as well as the signs inside the tower.  

RIVERVIEW VILLAGE

This sign, located in downtown Norfolk, VA is fabricated from large, heavy-walled steel including a custom rolled 45’ long 12” x 16” x 1/2” wall steel tube. The letters are illuminated and the both the letters and logos are made from mirror polished stainless steel.

Sandler Center

Advanced Design was the sole signage contractor for the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach. Exterior signage included two LED display monument signs, an illuminated building sign, large banners, and lettering on the entry canopy. Interior signage included ADA compliant signs, aluminum plaques, and illuminated box signs.

Broad Creek

The Broak Creek signs in Norfolk showcase our ability to use 3D modeling to design and fabricate complex curves and shapes.

Stonewall Jackson Hotel

The sign on top of the hotel was originally built in 1950. We removed the letters, refurbished them, and installed them in their original location. This included sandblasting, repairing, and re-painting the letters as well as installing all new neon and wiring.

Wells Fargo Center

Advanced Design was the signage contractor for the Wells Fargo Center in Norfolk. We fabricated and installed the signs in both parking decks, the interior signs in the tower, and the signs for Bite Restaurant.

Hampton University Campus

Advanced Design has fabricated and installed signage throughout the Hampton University campus.  Signage includes a large LED display on their entry wall, an illuminated building sign, and interior and exterior signage for several buildings throughout the campus including the newly constructed dining hall facility.
