Westin

Advanced Design is proud to have fabricated and installed the sign on the tallest building in Virginia, The Westin at Towne Center. We also fabricated and installed the signage in the parking deck as well as the signs inside the tower.

Sandler Center

Advanced Design was the sole signage contractor for the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach. Exterior signage included two LED display monument signs, an illuminated building sign, and lettering on the entry canopy. Interior signage included ADA compliant signs, aluminum plaques, and illuminated box signs.

Broad Creek

The Broak Creek signs in Norfolk showcases our ability to use 3-D modeling to design and fabricate complex curves and shapes.

Wells Fargo Center

Advanced Design was the signage contractor for the Wells Fargo Center in Norfolk. We fabricated and installed the signs in both parking decks, the interior signs in the tower, and the signs for Bite Restaurant.

Stonewall Jackson Hotel

The sign on top of the hotel was originally built in 1950. We removed the letters, refurbished them, and installed them in their original location. This included sandblasting, repairing, and re-painting the letters as well as installing all new neon and wiring.
