Advanced Design offers a wide range of in-house fabrication options including:

We have a 5' x 12' CNC router table capable of machining a variety of materials including but not limited to aluminum, acrylic, lexan, brass, copper, plastics, and wood. We weld steel and aluminum and have a licensed engineer on staff to provide wind-loading and structural calculations. We also have a material roller capable of rolling a variety of aluminum stock including channel, flatbar, tubing, and pipe.

Our 3-D modeling program coupled with our state-of-the-art fabrication equipment allows us to design and produce break-formed metal parts to tight tolerences as well as complex shapes and curves.
